It's that time of year again

October 30th, 2014, 2pm

It was 16°C with broken clouds. The breeze was gentle.

On my lunchtime walk today I saw the preparations for Halloween that are being made on the steps by the Regent’s Canal next to Granary Square in King’s Cross Central. Once they’ve finished setting these out (by the end of today apparently), there should be about 3,000 pumpkins here.

The theory is that people will then spend tomorrow carving them and putting lights inside, so I’m hoping to be able to return tomorrow after work to get a photo of that, which should be quite a sight. Let’s hope it doesn’t pour with rain!!

David Wade and Christine said thanks.
