Walking with Maggie and I had to stop to re-tie a shoelace. I looked over and saw this- lichens and moss covering a tree trunk. The colors were amazing- everything from deep emerald to weathered copper, from dusty sage to silver. So beautiful- and possibly I watch to many films with hobbits and elves and the like- but were I a wood pixie, this is where I’d hang.
