Scottish vistas

August 3rd, 2014, 9am

It was 16°C with few clouds. The breeze was gentle.

Sitting at the airport in Edinburgh, waiting to fly home. I spent two wonderful weeks exploring Scotland, and I know I have seen the smallest sampling. The architecture of Edinburgh’s Old and New Towns against the soundtrack of a jazz and blues festival. A drive through the midlands and highlands revealing one awesome vista after another. Small, colorful villages crammed with other travelers from all over the world. Much to reflect on during the long flight home.
