Dossier Outpost Gallery presented High Tide, a group exhibition curated by Kat Slootksy featuring painting, sculpture, video, and photography. Participating artists include Angela Cherry, Anthony Cuduhy, Bridget Collins, Cait Oppermann, Chris Bernabeo, Kat Slootsky, Lisa Golightly, Max Branigan,Nicole White, Petra Collins, Richard Perez, Sacha Vegaand Yael Malka.
High Tide is inspired by the memory of hot days and cold water: the refreshing sensation of escape and immersion from a dive in summer. Photographic paintings and painterly photographs explore textures and physicality: the dissolution of body into shapes and planes, and the sense of separation that evaporates when entering the ocean.
