Kanpai ... 乾杯

Yamanashi is land of peaches (Momo 桃 or モモ). Starting Sunday evening with a refreshing sip of unfiltered, aromatic Peach Wine.

It gives me the same feeling of fresh Toddy¹, with different levels of sweetness and sourness.

I was not so sure about enjoying wine from Tokkuri². But I picked it up without a second thought for the joy of Kanpai³.
