To: My Grandmother

April 25th, 2016, 9pm

To my beloved grandmother. Just like the beautiful dark starry night, warm and inviting, tend to remind me much of you. Speaking of which my beautiful grandmother whom always spreads joy & positivity. I often wonder how you can keep it up, during rough times, but it inspires me in the best kind of way. If you can do it, so can I! I can also be happy and push through. Golden at heart, just like the stars in the dark night. I don’t see age, I see a soul, potential- what you choose to offer to this world. And observe one’s actions. My grandmother’s actions are always as pure as they can get, even the Atlantic oceans clear water would be jealous.

She has never put herself first in line, in the thought of taking care of others. Only time she’s right in front of the line is when she’s waiting to get into the casino. Speaking of which- you’re as bright as all the blinking lights inside the casino (too cheesy?).

And you have already won our hearts more times than you’ll ever win at the casino (sorry?).

Lastly, to let you know: I love you.

Christine, David Wade and Craig said thanks.

Hello, fellow authors! I'm just a kid with a passion for writing really unplanned, messy and imperfect texts. I hope to improve my writing skills, and also read others work. Have a nice day! xo
