Self-improvement project: keep my head up when walking. Doing this may diminish the volume of interior monologues and provide observations worth recording and reconsidering.

Expecting to be walking on the same beach the same week this year, being there being one of the regular family reunions. More coming soon now that Daddy is seriously ill, more visits to Wilmington, more email, phone calls, and texts. Family will really be 1st for a while.
