The teacher must only be a guide. The teacher must realise that every student already knows. And the teacher’s responsibility is to help the student realize this latent knowledge.
To teach any concept, the teacher must start from a place of ignorance. He must present the issue in a way that it poses the right questions . And work with the class to invent or come to the procedure for solving the issue.
The teacher must not only be passionate about the subject at hand , he must also be passionate about the individual students in their class. He must be genuinely interested in how each student arrives at a solution.
The teacher must also be a good raconteur. He must be able to present the issue in a form of a story.
