Monticello, Jefferson’s residence in the hills of Charlottesville, is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the area. That day, we had to wait two hours for our tour. After the tour, and after the rain, people started to stroll again in the garden. It was a peaceful and idyllic moment, like an oil on canvas by some Old Master.

Craig, Amal and Carla said thanks.
