In the current day scenario, outsourcing has become one of the major win-win situation in any field . India, is becoming an Outsourcing hub , due to its rejuvenate business investment policy , competitive world class site facilities ( manufacturing), benefits of cost and operation, better under standing in technology transfer and contact manufacturing projects because of very high skilled and professional manpower both in terms of education and experience. Current scenario of Pharma Industry, has taken a major paradigm shift. Because of relatively intense generic competition, most of the companies are routinely outsourcing to off shore countries like India for their R&D activities like development of NCEs, ANDA’s, Generic Drugs for all competitive markets apart from regulated markets, and also for regular production of commercial. Success of outsourcing depends on timely delivery, within the frame of cost and quality management. For this we need, a very systematic approach with respect to GMP and operations at the Outsource site. At this stage, a Co-ordinator or alocal representative comes in picture, who is professional, experienced in handling critical situations on behalf of parent company, who would monitor the flow from an third eye , who would assure 100% success. Pharmaceutical Product Coordinator (PPC), would be an ideal business partner and an interphase between parent and outsourcing company.Pharmaceutical Product Coordinator, would take complete ownership to see the client enjoys the best benefits and advantages of the scheduled product within realistic time delivery to market. Pharmaceutical Product Coordinator, would ensure high transparency, customized services and utmost flexibility to clients.
