I’m a child here. New aromas, new hues, and soon to be new tastes, entice the senses as they awake at a counter of uncooked, nameless seafood. Just point to what you need whether you know what it is or not - again, I’m a child, but looking around, my Spanish companions are too, hell everyone is - and grab a beer, because this is going to be good.
