Everybody knows the story

May 4th, 2015, 6pm

He dreamed he would be executed without knowing why. Having received a summons to the lakeside where the strangling was understood to take place, he thought to himself: What can I do? Missing his own execution was simply not possible. He very much feared the pain; he feared his body’s revolt against his mind’s timid acquiescence to the inevitable. When he stood on the lake’s shore, all by himself, waiting for the headsmen to show up, he decided to take action. Loud and clear he proclaimed: “I’ve done nothing to deserve this.” - Waking up was less than satisfactory, for it bereft him of learning whether he’d made a difference or not.

Craig and Steve said thanks.
