I love it when a good film has an equally good soundtrack. It extends the movie for me.

It was 14°C with scattered clouds. There was moderate breeze.
Take “Contagion” for example … it’s a really good film … the casting, the acting, the locations, the cinematography, they all work together to make a good film … but what makes it really good is Cliff Martinez’s soundtrack … sweeping, orchestral, cinematic with a dissonant electronic undertone. I loved this soundtrack when I watched the film (which was, btw, earlier this evening) … it really made the film come alive.
I just wish other films made the effort that was obviously made with “Contagion”.
