This man sang with all he's ever got and he made that man dance and that little girl smile.

September 26th, 2013, 2pm

It was 19.4°C with overcast. The breeze was light.

I can’t remember what he sang about but I could feel all his energy, he made it seem like that was the last time we were to meet - ever. This little girl in front of me was so excited and sending him so much love that it made me feel so present. So present that my emotions became so vibrant and tears surprised me into my eyes. I haven’t worn make up in ten months, and today I was on my way to a series of client meetings so I wore maskara. Dark ink drawing rivers on my cheeks. I shied away to clear them.
