The view from the fifth floor conference room of the Vancouver Island University library has an extraordinary view of the islands between here and the Strait of Georgia. The weather today was terrific, crisp and clear, the ideal late summer day. If only I hadn’t had to spend the day inside, it would have been the perfect day. It nearly was anyway.
What majesty! What valiance! He looked right at me with bold and noble stare... then he farted. Smelly moose.
