Tennoz Isle is a small man-made island on the bay near central Tokyo. It used to be all industrial, with a large real estate corporation (Terada Warehouse) as the majority land owner. Terada has significantly invested in this area and it has gentrified from industrial to now having more residential and commercial plots. This is one of the last industrial plots that looks like it won’t last much longer.
