I didn't get a window seat this time--I think I missed quite the view.

September 13th, 2013, 1pm

It was 20°C with scattered clouds. The breeze was light.

When flying, people tend to be window people, or aisle people. I am a window person.

On this trip though, I have sat in the aisle twice. The first was an overnight flight to Frankfurt, and the idea of a seat where no-one would walk over me, or vice versa, won over the view.

This photo is from the second time. A flight to a new place to me, Stockholm, from Frankfurt. The flight was full—no windows left.

I took this photo when I was standing in the aisle waiting for the middle seat person to come back to the washroom. The opportunity to take a photo of what could have been me came up, so I took it. Outside down there is Denmark (another country I have never been to) which, according to the pilot, was rather spectacular to look at.

Next time, I guess.

As an aside, I continue to be rather impressed on how good a photo my little iPhone 5 can take.
