The practice is all that remains.

May 12th, 2013, 1pm

It was 23°C with few clouds. The breeze was gentle.

I remember a strong separation between practice and performance. Practice was private and ephemeral — the place you made all of your discoveries and mistakes. Performance was planned, shared, captured and reflected upon over and over.

Now, every day feels like practice, and every day feels like a performance. A day for discoveries and mistakes, but shared, captured, and reflected upon if I find the time.
