Meat locker.

It was 2°C with overcast. The breeze was gentle.

Met a guy who knows a guy who is the chef at a fancy steak restaurant called Beef Club near the Louvre and we went downstairs to swig shots of rum from aluminum ramekins and take a tour of the meat locker (above).

This place:

Couldn’t recommend more highly. The chef drinks from a plastic bottle of beef blood while he works.
