For some, beginnings are everything. But where does the tale begin? How much history is needed for context?

It was 12°C with no clouds detected. The breeze was gentle.

Does anyone need to know how the person came to be, or just the fact that the killer they once were gave them the moral freedom to find a market for the former tools of the trade? Is it important to a casual observer that someone grew up in a place where misery was ground into the very walls they lived between, or that they once engaged in activities that fitted the description of freedom fighter or terrorist, depending on which side you were on?

Suffice to say that some people, for whatever reason, acquire a viewpoint that allows them to do certain things that the vast majority deem to be immoral.
