Among people like me (20-somethings with expendable income), the most typical examples of the city’s pulsating rhythm come from trendy speakeasies, gaudy lights in Hollywood, and activities downtown. But if you are really interested in learning LA, you’ll look beyond the cliches, and see there is so much more.
