Indigo is India’s largest airline by passengers flown and more and more people are attracted towards it because of its impeccable timing and integrity on its core competency which is flying. The new bloke round the corner is another success story, Air Asia.
Together they are going to make life hell for other airlines which have made passengers life hell with their poor customer service, poor timing and non-feasible expansion plans. What is heartening is that Indigo has become benchmark for other operators to follow. It has also shown that aviation industry is not bleeding if your focus is right.
