This is a hole in the wall cajun seafood restaurant a block off Lake Merritt. I noticed it a few month back in a small non descript strip center next to a laundry mat.
What caught my attention is that no matter what time of day, there seemed to be a line of people waiting to be seated. That was also the case when I got there on a Wednesday night at 10pm.
Great mixed crowd of cool Asian and African American people. I was the only white guy. ;-)
