It was 35.6°C with scattered clouds. There was moderate breeze.
It’s some amount of degrees above 90º, and it’s been that was for the last couple of days. After a day of persistently hot temperatures, Philadelphia becomes a hotbox of garbage and exhaust fumes.
I’m not sure if Über planned their ice cream truck promo ahead of this week and this heatwave, but regardless, it was a serendipitous, magical mix of hellfire and Friday afternoon. And summonable ice cream. The perfect finishing treat for a week of launches.
