Choosing the correct focus point

April 3rd, 2014, 8pm

This picture was one of the first that I took after learning how to use correctly the focus points with my camera. I did a basic photography course and I liked a lot. And I realize that understanding how to use the equipment (and read the manual) is vital to take good pictures. Really, it´s not just to point at something and push the button.

As a matter of fact, photography always inspires me, considering the fact that I like more to take pictures than to appear in it. I´m must admit that I´m not photogenic person. So, there is no problem for me to stay behind the lens.

It was the first step and I need to learn a lot of other things, and take new lessons (as well to read the manual - the teacher reminded us all the time). But I feel that taking pictures is one of the things that I really enjoy and I see myself motivated to it. Especially when we see the results going on, as when I saw the focus after adjusting to take this picture.

I'm usually searching for the right words and images. But I guess that I will never find them. And this can be a good thing.
