This place used to be all small shops and food stands. Some were OK. Some were great.
In the past year, Grand Central has been adding what I call “hipster” tenants, the latest of which is EggSlut. EggSlut used to be a truck that stood outside of Handsome Coffee Roasters.
Taking a walk around to find some juice, I found sans serif signs for DTLA Cheese, a new butcher, and some unknown restuarant.
What will happen to the taco stands and juice stands that don’t try and sell me a detox package?
