Accra’s traffic is considerably good for being the small city that it is and for being one of the fastest growing cities in Africa. However the traffic gets really terrible two months to Christmas. There’s an unending queue of cars, the traffic lights turn green but cars don’t move. Unwarranted ceaseless honking and fumes from old tired trucks. The journey to the office is tiring and the journey back home frustrating. Accra in the festive season. Accra in the frustrating season.
