Existence.

November 29th, 2015, 12pm

The wind blew and it seemed as if it was trying to whisper the unsaid words of life. Footsteps emerged near the bank and stopped when it hit the cold water. He closed his eyes and felt the cold water underneath his feet. The feeling of having senses seemed unknown to him. Everything felt unknown to him now. It felt as if he had lost his identity. His world has surrounded hers and now that she was not there anymore, everything seemed to crumble and fall.

Silence

The moment you can hear the wind blowing is the time when you know your mind has stopped speaking and your heart has stopped beating. It seemed hysterical for him to feel this way but this was all happening. The darkness of silence seemed to consume his soul and rip his emotions apart. He wanted somebody to hold him and pull him back to the mediocracy but that was now impossible. At this point in life, mediocracy seemed to be a distant matter, a matter out of hand. When did his life become hers? When did he started feeling things for someone like her? He was not supposed to feel this way!

He thought his emotions died twenty five years back when he ceased to exist and when that one project drastically failed and he knew that he was not alive nor dead but to a whole different dimension. And then he realised that he was feeling things. He could feel the water, the heat in the air, the emotions running through his mind, the blood pumping in his nerve, the cold water under his feet and he suddenly came to the conclusion that he existed again.

Her desperate tries made him feel things again, she made him exist, she made him human and just not someone who left the Earth as tiny particles and ceased to exist. But now that he had the amazing news of his existence, he recalled that he had lost her already. There was nothing left, except the tenebrosity.
