A full day in Jakarta to properly experience all that it has to offer - a heady mix of chaos, traffic jams, extreme poverty and extreme displays of wealth (in the flashy four-wheel drives on the road and the glossy shopping malls), and the morning and evening call to prayers.
And while we were sitting in this traffic jam, we were offered rice crackers, nuts and snacks, and serenades from men playing ukuleles and guitars.
And a good day visiting two contrasting schools, every bit as different from each other as my experience of Jakarta.
