One of my favorite places for lunch in Ebisu (where I work) is at the nearby Dexee Diner. The burger lunch plate is what I always get — includes a salad, a drink (with free refill), and one of the tastiest and juiciest burgers in town. Sure, there are better burgers in Tokyo, but I quite like this one — has a homemade feel — along with the crispy fries that accompany it.
