It was my last lunch as a full time official PechaKucha team member. Founders Mark Dytham and Astrid Klein were unfortunately too busy to join us, running their successful firm Klein Dytham Architecture, so the rest of the team joined (from right to left): Executive director Jean Snow, intern Chloe Lieberman, full time supporter Don Kratzer, city coordinator Johnny Linnert and great assistant-to-all Mariko Suzuki. These people have endured my sorrows and bad jokes for a year. God bless them. As a team, we helped Mark & Astrid and all the organisers around the world build the incredible community that PechaKucha is today: 11 years, 770+ cities worldwide, millions have attended one of the Nights, thousands have presented and shared their views, their work and inspiration. Everyone can see now what the 20x20 has to offer on the website we built. It was a great opportunity to be part of all this, but it was especially great to work with this team. Thanks to all for an amazing year.
