Kelewele

  • Ginger
  • Vegetable oil to fry

These are the ingredients that you make Kelewele with. You know, I have tried a number of times to tell people how good Ke-le-we-le is. But then I always fail.
It’s just deliciously mouth watering, I say, and then I am lost for words.

I am not going to say no more.

If you are ever in Accra, find a Kelewele joint and then try it. Perhaps you will do an excellent job of telling the Kelewele tale.

You will come to understand why everyone in Ghana loves Kelewele.
