My friend George took this iconic photo.
That’s Steve Jobs & Bill Gates sitting on the staircase of Steve Jobs home. Taken at the height of their competitiveness - George says they were whispering the craziest stuff to one another.
“You’ll never beat me.”
“I’ll die before I let you win.”
This photo is the only posed photo of Jobs & Gates ever taken. It was on the cover of Fortune Magazine in 1991.
