EarthFare is a microcosm of Asheville: the aisles are filled with people from a variety of different cultures, paying a little more for things created with a little more attention to how their made and what they’re made of, and selecting from better-than-most ingredients to create great tasting food. We have more than our share of great restaurants here, but a lot of the best meals start by browsing this case, looking for something in need of a light marinade and a little time on my grill.
