Personally, I'm a curious individual with a critical mind who happens to commit random acts of kindness. I like questioning assumptions and playing the devil. I find awkward situations fascinating. Professionally, I'm a lifelong student of the design community, having co-founded the design publication UX Booth in 2008 to share my journey. I currently serve as its Editor-in-Chief. When I'm not heading user-centered design initiatives for clients, I'm dabbling in civic design and universal design.
