OK, it's not St Pancras, but it's still a beautiful piece of architecture!

I’m not ashamed to admit that I am biased when it comes to appreciating the architectural merits of St Pancras and King’s Cross railway stations, which are located just a few yards apart, either side of Pancras Road. St Pancras wins, hands down, as far as I’m concerned.

But having said that, the extension that was built a couple of years ago on the west side of King’s Cross station, covering a new departures concourse, is very beautiful. When I visited it today during my lunchtime stroll I saw for the first time the colour-changing lights that have been installed, casting various shades of blue, purple and red on the ceiling.
