Mr. Bones is my voice teaching assistant. He is excellent at showing where the diaphragm attaches to the bottom thoracic vertebra and how the spine is a large mirror of the throat.
Mr. Bones’ right kneecap tends to dislocate but hasn’t yet been lost. His spine doesn’t articulate so he’s not very good at showing how breath and spine can move together like a wave, but Little Pelvis in the opposite corner of my studio does a great job of that.
Mr. Bones has modelled for some very interesting photo shoots in the past, but today he is content to hang from his stand and glow in the sun.
