I suppose we can’t complain that St Pancras station is all decorated for Christmas, seeing as that is only 5 weeks away! I’m afraid I don’t feel Christmassy yet, but I’m sure that will come in due course (probably on 24th December!).

The giant tree this year looks like it’s sponsored by Disney, as it’s made from a vast number of Disney character cuddly toys - see the photograph below. Although I guess that these are probably going to be given to some children’s charity at Christmas, the cynic in me suspects that the ultimate purpose is to get us to visit Disneyland Paris. Well, that’s not going to work on me! Bah Humbug!
