One of the reasons I first got excited about posting drawings as sketches to say hi was the correlation between an observational sketch of the landscape and its physical location on a map.

So far, however, I’ve been mostly drawing people – which is fine, the capture of a moment tied to a place is probably just as interesting – but I’d like to try and push out of my comfort zone. So more buildings, objects and scenes will be creeping their way in to this feed.

After anatomy, perspective is my next mountain to climb…
