Out supporting the cyclists today for Ride London, a 100 mile cycle ride from London-Surrey-London. My brother had to pull out as he hurt his wrist in a cycling incident, but we were out to cheer on all his mates and all the cyclists who took part. There’s a lovely community feel to it, and I’m proud of all the cyclists. I hope my clapping and cheers might have spurred a few on.
And this is a picture of Guinness record holder, mountain biker and jumper, Daryl Brown, in Kingston market place doing a few jumps to entertain the crowds.
