First decent flat white on this London trip.

July 18th, 2013, 8am

It was 20°C with clouds and visibility OK. The breeze was light.

I always look forward to the first proper coffee when I am in London, the current leader of coffee cities in the world. This time it has been a bit harder as I’m working at Ogilvy’s offices at Paddington and for some unknown reasons, it’s in the middle of a zone, free of any specialty coffee places.

So this morning, I took another bus into town and visited Coffee Plant, a very nice cafe on Portobello Road. The comments on Foursquare were spot on. Proper coffee and the pain au chocolate was divine, fresh out of the oven.

Amal, Mark, Cassie, Jens and 2 others said thanks.
