I left the house in a rush and forgot my phone. And then my camera card decided to give me an ‘error message’ so I couldn’t take a photo all day. It felt quite liberating not to be in ‘plugged’ in.

It probably helped that I was at a work sales conference so we had to be switched off from emails and technology, and concentrate on the task at hand.

My presentation went well and was well received, and everyone made me feel part of a wider team, with members all around the world. A happy contented day at the office.
