While crossing the Euston Road on my way to St Pancras station to get the train home this afternoon I felt a compelling need to stop and take a photo. The sky is pretty clear now (after this morning’s downpours) and the temperature has definitely dipped, making me feel for the first time this winter that it does actually feel like winter!
The forecast for next week is for cooler temperatures to continue, although I realise that with night time figures of around 0 Celsius this would hardly be regarded as wintery in some quarters! My daughter even managed to find a forecast that suggested the possibility of some snow next week but I’ve learnt not to get my hopes up on that front!
