This should have been a photo of a coot, doing what looked like synchronised swimming, while her babies looked on. I went for a walk with my ex-boss in the park. It was nice to catch up as we haven’t spent much time together lately.

And it should have been a photo of French fancies, or fondant fancies, which I enjoyed at a colleague’s leaving do. But at each moment, I didn’t have my camera with me.

So it was left to the evening for my photo opportunity. And the lovely setting sun as viewed from my balcony.
