Being “whole” implies interconnectedness, integration and completeness. We are born with original wholeness that is fundamental to our nature as living beings. Modern day life, void of heart and spirit, quickly engrains prejudices, beliefs, likes and dislikes that mask our original wholeness. We develop doubts about our own abilities that soon become self-fulfilling prophecies. Through mindfulness and daily meditation, we can rediscover our wholeness and connectedness with all things in the universe.
Fear is always anticipation of what has not yet come. Our fear and separation are great, but the truth of our connection is greater still.
