To often in today’s world of exponential change and discovery we find ourselves like a child wanting to see the butterfly emerge by breaking open its chrysalis. But the butterfly will only emerge from the pupa when the time is right. Through the wisdom of patience, our exploration into the world of mindfulness will unfold as it is meant to. We should resist our natural busy mind that has all sorts of expectations and judging tendencies. Instead, we should be patient, knowing that things can only unfold in their own time.
