One of the first things I bought when I purchased my flat was this toast rack. I’ve been obsessed with having toast served properly on a proper rack, rather than the quick snatched snack that it has become associated with.
But I’ve been in my flat for almost a year now and haven’t found the time to have my breakfast as I would like it. So today, I made the effort to treat myself, stop and appreciate the moment.
And I’m working up to finding a butler (or willing companion) to serve me breakfast in bed. Now that would be decadent!
