Day 60 #100HappyDays: Moneymakers

May 10th, 2014, 6pm

It was 12°C with scattered clouds. The breeze was brisk.

A perfect day spent gardening: planting spinach, chop suey greens, Shanghai pak choi and basil and transplanting these Moneymaker tomato seedlings into pots.

I’m not a very good gardener though. I can’t bear discarding any of the seedlings as I want to give every plant an opportunity to grow. So, I have pots and pots of tomato seedlings. Let’s hope they all thrive and then I can gift them to family and friends, and be happy in the knowledge that I saved them from the compost heap, and I’m a good gardener afterall!

Sanna, Shu and Adrian said thanks.
