Although we’ve had no snow yet (much to my wife’s disappointment!), it has certainly been cold over the past couple of days. While driving back from near Portsmouth yesterday evening, having spent the day with my Dad and his wife, we passed through one area where it was -2 C. By the time we got home it was back up to a more respectable zero.
This morning, not surprisingly, there was quite a sharp frost, so I popped out into the garden to take a few shots before the beauty of the fine ice crystals had all been chased away by the rising sun. What a beautiful time of the year!
