I spent my 100th happy day evening on a tour of a disused London Underground station at Strand/Aldwych station. A very London thing to do and something that is very me.
The photo features the original tiles from the station, built in 1905 when the station name used to appear in the tiles on the platform walls. That’s the ‘AN’ from ‘STRAND’.
It’s late and I’m too tired to do a round-up and reflect on my hundred days of happiness so I’ll leave it for another posting. But to end on a high note - it’s been a blast! I think it’s definitely changed my perspective. I do take a moment in each day and try to think of one thing that makes me happy. Some days it’s easier than others, but even on a bad day, there is something to be thankful and happy for.
The way out is here …
